Helen
Lyttle is one of the staff team working in the lighthouse Church in Sapporo, Japan.
JAPAN
One
of the main areas of Helen's work is serving as part of the team at the Lighthouse
Church.
Helen
writes, "From mid-June to mid-July we had a team of four
young men from the McGinty's home church in Texas come to help with
youth outreach. That was a lot of hard work but a great success
bringing in as many as 40 young people one night. We need to be
able to follow up on that. Right now there is not the man-power to
do it." The church
would like to employ a Japanese youth pastor, and we would like to help
financially.
Work
also needs to be done to update the property in which the church meets -
painting, removing walls etc. They
are also in need of a radio microphone and other equipment.
We
want to help:

provide
support for the appointment of a youth pastor;
-
give
finance to help refurbish the property; and
-
supply
income to help purchase necessary equipment.
