Dear friends,
Lockdown has been extended until at least 5th March and I’m conscious that for many in our church fellowship that means further stress, anxiety and pain.
For those desperate to meet in Christian fellowship it’s another blow.
To everyone working in frontline medical services, teachers, parents, business leaders and students it ushers in more uncertainty and pressure.
To you the Psalmist writes of God:-
“Under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.”
Even though pestilence stalks in the darkness and plagues destroy at mid-day, hold on to this promise:-
“The person who dwells in the shadow of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.”(Psalm 91)

But in-case it would be of help, between now and the end of this period of Lockdown I want you to know that I will be specifically available to chat to any who would like to phone on Tuesday afternoons between 2pm-4pm.
