Sunday
Morning Worship
We gather to worship God on the Lord’s Day at 11am each week. The service includes Bible readings, prayers, a talk for children and a sermon. There is no dress code and we’d love for you to join us.
Creche 0 to 3
Toddlers can be a handful, so we offer plenty in the way of diversion for the under threes during the morning service, all within a safe and caring environment.
KidZone 3 to 11
Starts 8th September
KidZone is a creative, Biblical, learning experience for children between the ages of three and eleven. There’s lots of drama, games, craft and fun, all underpinned by a Biblical message.
Tea and Coffee
A cup of tea or coffee is available to everyone after the morning service in the Cyprus Hall.
Sunday Night Live Years 8 to 14
Sunday Night Live is a place to explore the Christian faith in deeper way. During our time together we play some games, hear from God’s Word and get into smaller groups to chat about what we have heard. Sunday Night Live takes place on 1st & 3rd Sundays at 7pm.
Evening Worship
Our Evening Worship is a more contemporary service with praise, prayer, Bible readings and preaching from God’s Word.

Anchor Boys P1 to P4
Registration 9th September
The Anchor Boys are the youngest section in The Boys’ Brigade. We have lots of fun doing different activities which include Bible stories, crafts, music, games, sports, making friends and working towards our badges.
Junior Section P5 to P7
Registration 9th September
On a Monday evening the boys take part in a programme made up of a variety of activities, which include games, sporting activities, craft, quizzes, cookery, marching/drill and Bible time, and many of these activities contribute towards their award badges which are presented at the annual inspection.
Company Section 11 to 15
Registration 9th September
It’s all about learning new skills, making your own decisions and having fun. BB provides a safe environment to explore new possibilities and achieve personal goals while making friends and having adventures.
Tuesday
Rainbows 4 to 7
Starts 10th September
The girls follow a programme called the Rainbow Jigsaw, which involves a wide range of activities and games. Being a Rainbow is all about learning, developing self-confidence, building friendships and, of course, having lots of fun!
Brownies 7 to 10
At Brownies the girls take part in a range of activities including games, crafts, baking, sports and challenges in order to gain badges and skill builders as part of the guiding programme. Every Tuesday night is filled with fun, laughter and a bible story.
Boys’ Discipleship Group
Starts 10th September
Discipleship is vital for any Christian to grow in their faith. These groups provide a space for that to happen. With accountability, Bible Study, discussion and prayer time these weekly times together create important community for any young Christian to explore his faith in more depth.
Guides 10 to 14
Guides have an exciting and varied programme designed to inspire and challenge girls. Guides challenge themselves to get out there and do something different and they make great friends on the way. Interest badges, skill builders and theme awards are all available, along with fun and fellowship.
Rangers 14 to 18
Rangers is all about taking the lead and finding new challenges. In Rangers you will follow our programme of interest badges, skill builders and awards. Take part in challenges, develop skills across the 6 themes and travel the world is also an option.
Soup Club
Our ‘Soup Club’ lunch takes place on the third Tuesday of each month. Bring a friend!
Wednesday
Jolly Tots
Starts 11th September
Jolly Tots – our parents and toddlers group – meet every Wednesday morning at 10.00 am. Just follow the racket! There are loads of games, toys and activities. Song time is especially popular and the children are always enthusiastic about joining in with action rhymes and songs. After juice and toast, the mums can chat over a cup of coffee.
Midweek Prayer
Our midweek congregational prayer meeting is an opportunity to pray for our world, our local community, our church and pastoral situations in our congregation.
Connect Groups
Connect groups (formerly home groups) meet together every other week to study the Bible and pray together.
Thursday
Mums’ Bible Study
Starts 19th September
Whether your children are nearing the end of secondary school or newly born, mums are welcome to come to a weekly Bible study in our BPC Halls during term-time. Children aged newborn-4 are welcome to play around us whilst we study the book of Hebrews.Please just turn up or contact Rebecca Wells for further details.
Ladies Bowling Club
Starts 12th September
The Ladies Bowling Club meets every Thursday morning from 10.30am to 12.30pm. Ladies of all ages are very welcome to come come along and learn to play bowls or simply watch and enjoy a cup of tea and a chat. As well as playing bowls we enjoy several social outings through the year.
Girls’ Discipleship Group

Presbyterian Women
PW meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7.30pm for one hour. Women of all ages 18 – 80+ meet to encourage one another to live, love and share their faith in Jesus Christ in the workplace, home, community and church both near and far.
Men’s Bowling Club
The Men’s Bowling club is a great place for good company (and even a bit of indoor bowls).
We meet every Thursday afternoon in Bloomfield Church hall. Afterwards we break to enjoy a cup of tea and a chat followed by a devotional time.

Merge Years 8 to 14
Starts 13th September
Friday Night Merge is a safe place to come and hang out with your friends. A place to play some sports or video games, participate in creative workshops and connect with other people your age. Each night we take 5-10 minutes to be challenged in our thinking by God’s Word. We believe this is be central to everything we do and our leaders look forward to welcoming you down on a Friday night!
Badminton
A great way to meet people and get fit, the badminton club meets on Fridays at 7.30pm. Whatever your age or standard, you’re more than welcome.
Saturday
Walking Group
The Bloomfield Walking Group meets on the last Saturday of each month between September and June each year. The group meets at 9.00am outside Bloomfield Presbyterian Church prior to travelling to the starting point of each walk. This is a great opportunity to get fit, seek out fresh air, meet new friends and discover new areas of Northern Ireland. You’ll need to bring suitable walking shoes or boots, warm and waterproof clothing and a packed lunch.
Charis
Our club is designed for families with learning difficulties and provides a fun and lively programme. Activities we offer for all include soft play, games, crafts, walks and outings. The club is led by a team of experienced volunteers and we meet from 10am – 12.30pm on the first and third Saturdays of each month. Inclusive cycling is available at Lough Moss Activity Centre, Carryduff on alternate Friday evenings @6pm. For more details contact Karen.
Dads and Tots
Starts 14th September
Enjoy quality one-on-one time with the kids and share experiences with other dads. And if that doesn’t tempt you, perhaps the hot bacon, croissants and coffee will! Dads and Tots meets at the church on the second Saturday of each month between 10.00 and 11.30am.
Board Games
Starts 28th September
Come along at 5.30pm on the first Saturday of each month to our monthly Board Games evening – at 7pm we eat together – a great opportunity to get to know others!
There are games available to suit all ages and abilities and you are welcome to bring your favourite game along to share with others.
Other
J. O. Y.
Our Seniors group seeks to keep in touch with one another, usually meeting up for social gatherings or going on local outings together. At present we are meeting monthly via Zoom and making regular phone calls. We call ourselves the J.O.Y. group – Just Older Youth!
Men In Bloomfield
